Terms and Conditions

This is a translation of the Dutch text. In case of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via Ridgefront Gear. Amendments are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offers and agreements

All offers on the website are without obligation. The company reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions.

4. Delivery and availability

Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer. Product availability and delivery times are subject to changes by suppliers. In the event of unexpected unavailability or stock shortage, the company will contact the customer for cancellation free of charge or an alternative solution.

5c. Retention of title

Delivered products remain the property of the company until full payment has been made. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal & Returns

Customers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty & Service

The company guarantees the quality of products. The statutory warranty applies. Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty, which does not affect the statutory rights.

8. Liability

The company is not responsible for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, within statutory limits and without prejudice to consumer rights.

9. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (supplier disruptions, transport problems, natural disasters, platform errors), the company may suspend or cancel the performance of the agreement.
