Sustainability & Customs

1. Origin of products

Our products are purchased from suppliers within and outside the European Union. Products from EU warehouses have shorter delivery times and no additional customs costs. Products from countries outside the EU may have longer delivery times and involve additional costs.

2. Customs & import duties

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT or clearance charges. These costs are always borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by Ridgefront Gear. We strive to communicate these costs clearly, but the final levy is determined by customs.

3. Our commitment to sustainability

• We select suppliers that work with sustainable packaging materials where possible.
• We encourage the bundling of orders to avoid unnecessary transport movements.
• We work with partners that are committed to efficient and CO2-conscious logistics.
• Where possible, we choose products with quality marks or environmentally friendly materials.

4. What can you do?

As a customer, you can contribute to sustainability by making conscious choices:

• Order as much as possible in one go instead of in separate orders.
• Only return products when it is really necessary.
• Choose sustainable product options when they are available.
